For the acquisition only or acquisition/rehabilitation of existing unregulated rental or ownership housing with the conversion to regulated housing. Twelve million ($12 million) will be set aside for projects with 25 units or less, specifically for community land trusts and limited equity housing cooperatives. Eighteen million ($18 million) is also available for projects of any size for all affordable housing developers. Applications are due January 10, 2020.
