The Office of the City Clerk is offering evening hours for passport services this Spring. Evening hours will be held on select Tuesdays (April 16, May 21, and June 18) from 5 pm to 8 pm in Room 201 in Oakland City Hall.
All applicants need to be present for their appointment and will need to bring the following:
- Original (or certified) copies of birth or naturalization certificate; or previously issued passport
- Completed DS-11 forms
- Passport photos
- Photocopies of valid government-issued identification; physical identification must also be present
- US Department of State Passport Fee (Passport Book $110 for applicants ages 16 and over, $80 for children ages 15 and younger; Passport Card $30 for applicants ages 16 and over, $15 for children ages 15 and younger. Include an additional $60 for expedited service), payable by check or money order*
- City of Oakland acceptance fee ($35), payable by cash, check or money order*
