More Than 12 Arrests Made and Firearms, Narcotics, and Cash Recovered

Over the last year, the Alameda County Narcotic Task Force (ACNTF) which the Oakland Police Department is a member of arrested or detained more than twenty individuals connected to drug sales. Detectives recovered more than a dozen firearms, narcotics, and more than $183,000 in cash.

Over the last year, the Alameda County Narcotic Task Force (ACNTF) which the Oakland Police Department is a member of arrested or detained more than twenty individuals connected to drug sales. Detectives recovered more than a dozen firearms, narcotics, and more than $183,000 in cash. The individuals are part of multiple criminal investigations dating back to December of last year.

Some of the arrested individuals were connected to drug sales in Oakland, San Leandro, and Hayward. In one case nearly two ounces of cocaine, more than 300 Adderall pills, roughly $153,000 in cash, a loaded rifle, and a short-barreled AR-15 assault rifle were recovered from an individual selling drugs in the Lake Merritt area.

These pictures show some of the evidence recovered by ACNTF, including multiple semi-auto handguns loaded with a 15-round magazine and high capacity drum magazine.
