Thank you City Council Members for unanimously placing a new affordable housing and infrastructure bond on the November ballot. This investment will improve public safety and city facilities as well as addressing our housing and homelessness crisis.
I also applaud the Council for passing a new bond policy, that will ensure bond taxes will not increase as we continue to invest in the City's needs over time.
