You will receive an email once you apply for a building permit that will take you to a recycling plan record created for your project. You'll be able to complete the plan and submit it online.
If you didn't receive that email, talk to Recycling Program staff Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday at Office Hours. Office Hours are held from 2 pm to 3 pm and is virtual! You don't need an appointment.
