A virtual public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday June 30, 2020 at 1:30 pm to hear the 5-Year Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) for the City of Oakland FY 2020/21-2024/25. The public hearing will be held via Zoom teleconference and on KTOP (Xfinity channel 10 or ATT channel 99). The City also requests review and public feedback on the Five Year Consolidated Plan for FY 2020/21 - 2024/25, available online at https://www.oaklandca.gov/documents/five-year-consolidated-plan-fy-2020-21-through-2024-25.oaklandca.gov [1] from June 22, 2020 - June 29, 2020. All public feedback and inquiries regarding the Con Plan during the review period should be forwarded to cdbg@oaklandca.gov by 5pm, June 29, 2020.

Con Plan includes the 2020/21 Annual Action Plan, accepts and appropriates funds awarded to the City of Oakland under the 2020/21 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnership (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Coronavirus (CV) Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) allocations under ESG-CV and HOPWA-CV.
