Form Submission Instructions
The Agenda Item Request Form must be completed and submitted by 4:00pm on Monday three weeks in advance of the requested meeting either in person or by email.
Requests are reviewed and forwarded to the Rules and Legislation Committee, which meets on Thursdays at 10:45 am.
You should confirm the scheduling of your item and attend the meeting to present your request before the Rules Committee.
