Hi I'm Heather - CERT Instructor and CORE Program Liaison for Sworn Personnel.

I have been committed to the safety of the Oakland community as demonstrated by my 17 years with OFD. I am a mother to 3 kids and when I’m not working for OFD you can find me coaching youth lacrosse.
