Comment Period EXTENDED to 4/27 for Enviro Impact Report on Oakland Waterfront District

The City's Environmental Review Officer has extended the comment period on the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Waterfront Ballpark District Project through April 27, 2021 at 4 p.m. Please follow this link to the notice of the extended timeline and information on the rescheduled public hearing before the Planning Commission. The Draft EIR and its various appendices may be found on the Oakland Waterfront Ballpark District website.

Public Comments Accepted until April 27, 2021:

Now that the period has been extended, public comments will be accepted until April 27, 2021 at 4 p.m. Comments can also be made publicly at the following public forums:

• Landmarks Preservation Advisory Board meeting on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 5 p.m.
• RESCHEDULED! Planning Commission public hearing on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at 3:00 p.m.
