Indoor cultivators must demonstrate that one hundred percent (100%) of their electricity is derived from renewable or carbon free sources. This can be done by enrolling in East Bay Community Energy’s Brilliant 100 program (https://ebce.org/power-mix/) Renewable 100 Program (https://ebce.org/change-my-plan/)and providing confirmation annually or more frequently if required by the Special Activity Permits Division.
Here is a sample of a billing notice from P G & E which indicates your renewable 100 rates and usage.
